The IPO proposal of Sanima Life Insurance Limited has been approved by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) . The IPO was approved on 31st of Ashar , 2078 but due to some technical difficulties the notice hasn’t been published on the official website of SEBON which is the Apex Regulator of Securities in Nepal.

As mentioned above the Company will be issuing 60,00,000 IPO units of shares that will be around 60 Crores. After the issuance of this IPO , the paid up capital of the company will reach to 200 crores. The authorized capital of the company is 300 crores and the Issued and Paid-up Capital is NRs 140 crore where the 30% of the issued capital will be the public holding and 70% will be the promoters holding regarding the shares. During the Third Quarter of the Fiscal year 2077/78, Sanima Life Insurance Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 93.68 Million.
